Introduction
Pace was founded in 1970 to serve small and medium size businesses in the Northeast. We have focused on helping businesses grow by working with management and owners who recognize the need to improve their operations, are experiencing growing pains, or must reverse a down trend.
Client businesses are diverse. We have worked with companies in the service, manufacturing, distribution, and retail segments - including high-tech, basic industries, consumer products and non-profit organizations. Most are based in the Northeast , however Pace has worked effectively with organizations across the US.
Pace is staffed by senior operating professionals who have successfully held line management and owner/manager positions in a variety of businesses. We know what it's like to be in the "hot seat". Equally important, we are all experienced in hands-on assistance and are not just advisors and report writers.
We have assisted many companies oover the past 33 years in a wide variety of ways. Our specialty is developing solutions and implementing needed changes in all areas of business operations to help improve profitability, but it is our extensive hands-on experience that makes Pace unique as business consultants.
